Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your 14-day cooling-off right
If you enrol on a Skill Alleyway programme online or by phone, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of enrolment without giving a reason, for a full refund, unless you have already started accessing course materials or live sessions with your express consent to begin before the cooling-off period ends (in which case a proportionate deduction may apply for the training already provided).
2. How to cancel
Email info@skillalleyway.academy with your full name, enrolled programme, and enrolment date, stating that you wish to cancel. [Add: reference number requirement, cancellation form link if you build one.]
3. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request, to the original payment method.
4. After the cooling-off period
[State your policy for cancellations after day 14 — e.g. pro-rata refund, no refund, transfer to a future cohort, etc. This must match what your enrolment agreement actually says.]
5. Instalment plans
[State what happens to outstanding instalments if a learner cancels or is withdrawn.]
